In Loving Memory of Ronald Stanley Moll

Surrounded by family, Ronald (Ron) S. Moll passed away on February 11,2024 after a long and happy life. He was born on June 13, 1933 to the loving parents of Adeline and Stanley Moll and
was followed by his sisters, Arlene and Shirley Moll.

Ron attended several Chicago elementary schools, graduated from Farragut High School and the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana. He met his beloved Kay in 1954, they marriedin 1956, raised three loving children and had a wonderful marriage for 65+ years. Ron was a veteran, having served in the Army in Arlington, Virginia from 1956-1958. He spent most of his career at the F.N. Kistner Company, a family business specializing in fraternal jewelry and accessories. It was a special environment, as Ron enjoyed nearly every day of his career surrounded by his family and good friends. Ron and Kay lived in Lincoln Park for 60 years, he was active in the Masons and Scottish Rite, involved in his community and was a car enthusiast.

Upon retirement, Ron and Kay traveled to several places with their favorite trip being their 50th anniversary celebration in Vienna, Austria. For the last 14 years, they had wintered in Naples, Florida where they had joyous times together, along with family and friends.

Ron had a loving and gentle nature, a truly nice man who was genuinely happy and felt blessed in his life. His beloved Kay proceeded him in death in 2021. She was the love of his life and he missed her immensely. Ron was very loved by his family and friends and will be missed by all.

Ron is survived by his children, Randall Moll, Susan Moll and Kathryn Hopper, his granddaughter Jayne Royal, sister Arlene Alexander along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
